Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Azure Monitoring and Logging Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Azure logging and monitoring tools and a passion for maintaining the health and performance of cloud-based applications.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage logging and monitoring solutions using Azure services along with the ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and APM tools.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure comprehensive monitoring coverage.
Analyze logs and monitoring data to identify and troubleshoot issues.
Set up alerts and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into system performance.
Assist in the development and maintenance of documentation for monitoring processes and procedures.
Continuously improve logging and monitoring practices to enhance system reliability and performance.
Required qualifications
Proven experience as a Monitoring and Logging Engineer with a focus on Azure.
Proficiency with Azure monitoring tools and services, ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and APM tools.
Familiarity with container security and secret vaults like Hashicorp Vault.
Professional proficiency in one programming language/tool and basic knowledge of a second.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in Czech and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a DevOps or Cloud specialist role.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, TeamCity, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD.
Knowledge of provisioning automation: Terraform, Ansible.
Experience with container security tools: Prisma, Aqua, Conjur.
