Le poste
Responsibilities:
- Acknowledging incoming requests
- Assessing priority based on the number of users/processes affected and conducting initial triage, identifying the affected product
- Initiating escalation to the L2 Dev Cloud SRE sub-group escalation point, gathering, and documenting issue details
- Gathering additional information according to the triaging procedure and handling duplicate tickets
- Collecting comprehensive information from the end user (via Teams communication)
- Running automated troubleshooting scripts/packages
- Providing guidance to the end user
- Recording the issue in the ticket
- Resolving the ticket or assigning it to the L2 Dev Cloud SRE sub-group
- If necessary, contacting the user for more information required by L2 or relaying information from L2
Profil recherché
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Basics of GitLab and CI/CD
- Knowledge of CI-CD workflow
- Experience in Azure DevOps - CI-CD pipelines
- Knowledge of tools: GitLab, Nexus, Collaboration tools: Jira, Confluence, Developer Portal, Stack Overflow, SNOW
- Experience in ServiceNow
