Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics QA Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in manual QA testing with a focus on CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a strong background in working with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
- Perform thorough UI functional testing to identify defects and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Create comprehensive test findings reports and manage defect triaging processes.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Work within an Agile framework, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Utilize Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure products to enhance testing processes and automation where applicable.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and deliverables.
Required qualifications
Mandatory Skills:
- Minimum of 5 years of manual QA experience.
- Strong experience in UI functional testing.
- Proven ability to create detailed test plans, test cases, and manage defect triaging.
- Experience working within Agile frameworks.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure products.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
