Job Description
- Analysis and Internal Rules Update: Responsible for conducting analysis of existing internal rules and updating them in accordance with the requirements of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
- Consultation with Internal Stakeholders: Actively collaborate with compliance, risk management, IT, and legal teams to develop comprehensive internal rules tailored to our unique operational environment and regulatory obligations
- Support in Implementation: Provide support during the implementation of updated internal rules and participate in training sessions for staff to ensure understanding and adherence to new guidelines
Required qualifications
- Operational Risk Management Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working in operational risk management, preferably with knowledge of the banking sector
- Regulatory Knowledge: Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, especially DORA, will be an advantage
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams within the organization.
- Innovation Orientation: Passion for digital operational resilience and the ability to translate it into practical actions within the context of internal rules
