Job Description
We're on the lookout for an exceptional IT Analyst. In this role, you'll dive deep into the intricate world of international payment systems, leveraging your wealth of experience within the financial sector to navigate areas such as financial crime/AML with finesse.
- Capture and document business requirements and translate them into IT design and development foundations.
- Clarify, document, and communicate functional and non-functional requirements using data, process, or information modeling techniques.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders in business, IT, and external partners to understand and address international payment system dynamics and terminology.
- Work independently to solve highly complex problems within specific platform and competency areas.
- Take partial responsibility for technically complex projects, driving them towards successful completion.
- Demonstrate technical literacy and familiarity with relevant tools and technologies
- Formulate user stories in Jira and Confluence to support project management and collaboration efforts.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in the financial sector, driving technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical complexity in non-technical language
- Experience in formulating user stories in Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with international payment systems and experience in areas such as financial crime and transaction monitoring systems (AML) is highly desirable.
