Job Description
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer to join our remote team in Poland. As part of the Test Engineering team, you will work closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure the quality and performance of our corporate applications.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with developers and QA engineers in an agile framework
- Build strong relationships with external teams
- Increase test coverage and execute test cases
- Design and execute test plans and scripts
- Develop QA load/performance scripts
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Conduct test plan reviews and document software defects
- Manage test platforms and improve automation effectiveness
Required qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in web and API application testing
- Proficiency in performance testing with tools like HP LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling
- Experience writing test cases with Zephyr, Jira, or HP ALM
- Familiarity with SDLC and STLC
- Strong debugging, communication, and analytical skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SaaS application testing
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience in preparing test documentation
- Skills in UI and API automation testing
- Ability to collaborate with on-shore and off-shore teams
