Le poste
We are looking for a skilled Release Train Engineer (RTE) to join our team. The RTE will facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) teams in delivering value for the Product & Services Configuration Lifecycle Management ART.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate ART teams to deliver value
- Collaborate with Agile teams to address risks and remove blockers
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure quality product delivery
- Coordinate with dispersed project/service teams
- Ensure adherence to project management methods
Profil recherché
Requirements:
- MA/Eng. in Information Technology or Business, or relevant experience
- Minimum 7 years of experience in software development
- Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of medium to large scope
- Good knowledge of project management methods
- Strong consulting and negotiation skills
- English proficiency at C1/C2 level
Certification:
- Scrum Master certifications: PSM I, PSM II, PSM III, AGILE PM
- One scaled certification (SAFe 4, LeSS Practitioner)
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with virtual/dispersed teams
- Experience in a multicultural, international environment
