We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Engineer to support our optimization and automation efforts using advanced tools like Moogsoft.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Moogsoft for extracting metrics from data ingestion tools
- Automate the creation of tickets in ServiceNow
- Support the implementation and optimization of AIOps processes
- Collaborate with the DevOps team to improve and automate workflows
- Analyze and optimize processes using artificial intelligence
- Monitor and report on platform performance using modern tools
Profil recherché
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Moogsoft (Cloud or Enterprise)
- Strong understanding of DevOps processes
- Automation skills
- Knowledge of AI concepts
- Familiarity with Grafana is a plus
