Job Description
- User Requirements: Translate end user requirements into software capabilities
- Analytical Skills: Utilize strong analytical skills for various tasks
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and organized, able to prioritize carefully, working across multiple workstreams and to multiple deadlines
- Communication: Excellent communicator both written and verbal, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate positively and inclusively within large teams
- Learning: Show enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems
- POCs/Presales: Experience in building Proof of Concepts (POCs) and presales
- Power Apps/Power Automate: Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Agile Delivery: Agile delivery experience
- Data Security: Experience working with sensitive data and complex access/security models
- Integrations: Experience working with integrations across multiple platforms
Required qualifications
- 7 years + experience in similar roles, working with D365 CRM
- Strong preference for finance sector experience
- Proven experience of translating end user requirements into software capabilities
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated and organised. Ability to prioritise carefully, working across multiple workstreams and to multiple deadlines
- Excellent communicator both written and verbal. Must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders
- Great team player. Must be able to collaborate positively and inclusively within large teams
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems
- Experience of building POCs/presales
- Experience of Power Apps/Power Automate
- Agile delivery experience
- Experience of working with sensitive data and complex access/security models
- Experience of working with integrations across multiple platforms
