Job Description
We're seeking a skilled SAP Basis Administrator to deliver top-notch cloud operations services for one of our clients.
- Manage and maintain SAP Basis administration in a multi-tier SAP environment.
- Ensure SAP systems run reliably and efficiently.
- Collaborate with vendor-led SAP Basis teams and functional/business teams.
- Monitor and support core SAP applications, handling installations, performance, and change requests.
- Oversee upgrades and major releases, working with Change and Release Management teams.
- Troubleshoot integration issues between SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Participate in Disaster Recovery testing and configure High Availability solutions.
Required qualifications
- Strong technical understanding of SAP products with BASIS support experience.
- Proven experience managing global SAP BASIS teams.
- Knowledge of SAP software, MS SQL, HANA databases, and key business applications (e.g., SAP ECC, BWoH, BOBJ, CRM, PI/PO, SRM, SolMan, Fiori).
- Expertise in SAP installations, upgrades, maintenance, and optimization.
- Proficiency in OS Windows/Linux administration, VMware, NAS/SAN storage, and high availability technologies.
- Experience with Cloud solutions for SAP, especially Azure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
