Are you a fluent Czech speaker with experience in business analysis? Join our team at Algoteque as a Business Analyst and play a crucial role in translating business requirements into functional specifications.
Location: Prague (on-site or hybrid mode)
Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Collaborate with development teams, testing, and other project and agile team members
Provide high-level estimates of effort for all IT roles and project timelines
Prepare rough descriptions of alternative solutions from an IT systems and architecture perspective
Engage in diplomatic negotiations with stakeholders
Stay updated on trends, innovations, and their practical application
Profil recherché
Experience in gathering functional and non-functional requirements and preparing analysis
Basic knowledge of UML
English proficiency at least at a B2 level
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
Excellent communication and argumentation skills
Familiarity with project and agile management practices
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Confluence, Jira, Enterprise Architect, Excel
Experience in the banking industry
