Here's what you'll be tackling:
- Leveraging your technical expertise to understand and address complex project requirements
- Developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance the reliability and performance of our applications
- Configuring and troubleshooting software applications, systems, and databases using industry best practices
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the stability and availability of our critical applications
- Analyzing and resolving performance concerns efficiently to maintain optimal functionality
Required qualifications
What sets you apart:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong foundation in software engineering principles
- Experience in one or more general development languages such as Java or Python
- Proven experience supporting modern services and web applications on Linux and/or Windows environments
- A continuous drive to learn and adapt to new technologies, including DevOps platforms, Kubernetes, and Docker
- A customer-centric mindset with exceptional communication skills in English
