Job Description
As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for developing robust backend solutions using Java, Springboot, and other cutting-edge technologies. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, adhering to Agile Scrum methodologies, and leveraging your strong communication skills to drive results. Additionally, you will be instrumental in writing automation scripts, executing and validating test results, and ensuring the seamless integration of various systems to enable real-time payments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Java, Springboot, REST API, Hibernate, and database technologies.
- Implement best practices in software development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Write automation scripts to streamline testing processes and validate system functionality.
- Act as an individual contributor, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
- Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure project timelines are met.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance your skills and contribute to the team's success.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.
- Proficiency in Springboot, REST API, Hibernate, and database technologies.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum methodology, preferably in a financial or banking environment.
