Job Description
We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Onshore Test Coordinator for a multi-year rollout program. This role requires strong SAP FICO/SAP S/4 knowledge and the ability to manage all test phases to ensure quality implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams in cutover and testing phases.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Implement test automation frameworks and tools.
- Coordinate defect management sessions.
- Ensure all testing activities meet industry best practices and quality standards.
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Develop SDLC documentation and ensure effective knowledge management.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews.
Required qualifications
Requirements:
- 10+ years in testing methodologies across all levels.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana, SAP Finance, and Reporting systems.
- Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking tools (JIRA/X-Ray).
- Experience with MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel macros, and SharePoint.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong finance and accounting knowledge.
- Willigness to work in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)
