Le poste
- Conduct thorough Web and API application testing with a focus on performance and functionality
- Utilize tools such as HP LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, and others for performance testing
- Develop and execute detailed test cases using tools like Zephyr, Jira, and HP ALM
- Perform testing for SAAS applications and CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
- Debug and run test cases, analyzing and reporting on test results
- Interpret Requirement Specifications and Design Documents to inform testing processes
- Engage in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)
- Execute Functional, Non-Functional, and Regression Testing
- Prepare comprehensive Test Documentation, including Test Scenarios, Test Plans, Test Findings, Test Data, Test Cases, and Defect Reports
- Manage defects using tools like Jira and Bugzilla
- Provide timely status updates on testing progress, risks, and issues to clients through direct interactions, status calls, program calls, scrum calls, and emails
- Present demonstration sessions to stakeholders during various release phases of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Compile and deliver Daily Status Reports (DSR) and Weekly Status Reports (WSR)
- Collaborate effectively with on-shore and off-shore teams
- Engage in UI and API Automation Testing (preferred)
Profil recherché
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in Web and API application testing
- Proficiency in performance testing with tools such as HP LoadRunner, JMeter, and Gatling
- Strong skills in writing and executing test cases with Zephyr, Jira, HP ALM, or similar tools
- Experience in SAAS application testing is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is a plus
- Proven ability to debug, run, and analyze test cases and results
- Thorough understanding of Requirement Specifications and Design Documents
- Comprehensive knowledge of SDLC and STLC processes
- Expertise in Functional, Non-Functional, and Regression Testing
- Competence in preparing detailed Test Documentation
- Experience with defect management tools like Jira and Bugzilla
- Effective communication and reporting skills for client interactions and status updates
- Ability to present demos and updates to stakeholders clearly and confidently
- Experience in UI and API Automation Testing is an added advantage
- Strong collaboration skills, especially in a hybrid on-shore/off-shore team environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on customer relationship management
Location: Warsaw (2 days per week in office)
