Job Description

Android users are diverse, and no single solution fits all. Our mission is to create a centralized hub for customers setting up, managing, and using Android for work, providing guidance, learning opportunities, and collaboration. The Community Coordinator will be essential in expanding and nurturing community engagement. Your ability to maintain a broad perspective while multitasking will be crucial in driving the community's success, serving as a vital resource for our customers. - Oversee daily operations of the Android Enterprise Customer Community, ensuring a welcoming and active space - Engage with community members, respond to messages, and build relationships - Coordinate with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) to resolve issues and escalate as needed - Manage Google Product Experts program, including updates, swag distribution, and check-ins - Collaborate with the Senior Community Manager to tailor the program to community needs - Assist Customer Success in reporting metrics and insights - Create and schedule engagement content, and develop customer resources - Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required qualifications

- Familiarity with Android Enterprise solutions and technologies - Basic understanding of cloud-based services and platforms - Previous experience in a customer-facing role in the tech industry - Experience working with Technical Account Managers (TAMs) and cross-functional teams - Experience in creating and managing engagement content, including writing and scheduling - Personal Attributes: Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle conflicts effectively - Enthusiastic about building and nurturing online communities - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Adaptable to a constantly changing environment
