Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Test Manager to lead our client' testing efforts and ensure the quality and reliability of their software solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and plans tailored to project requirements.
- Lead a team of testers, allocating resources effectively and providing guidance and mentorship.
- Manage all aspects of testing, including functional, integration, system, and acceptance testing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define test objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on test progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Oversee defect management processes, collaborating closely with development teams for timely resolutions
- Facilitate UAT processes and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation of test cases, results, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Continuously improve testing methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in software testing with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including proficiency in ALM, Jira, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Azure-based platforms and SaaS applications.
- Experience in API automation testing and familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment and drive results through teamwork.
