Le poste
- Develop and implement business requirements according to agreed architecture and designs
- Responsible for committing unit-tested code to the code repository
- Deliver assigned tasks within specified timelines and expected quality
- Adhere to coding standards and design principles as laid out by senior technical stakeholders
- Support various stages of the development lifecycle
- Mentor junior team members and assist them with resolving technical issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues and create strategic solutions to enhance the current GRC platform
- Respond to business queries and service requests
Profil recherché
- Deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT
- Knowledge and experience in Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), including understanding of risk management processes, compliance requirements, and governance strategies
- Proficiency in ITSM and GRC tools such as ServiceNow, RSA Archer
- Ability to manage projects, coordinate teams, and ensure the successful implementation of ITSM and GRC strategies
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and make informed decisions. ServiceNow reporting and Tableau expertise is required
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, both in technical and non-technical terms
- Certifications related to ITSM and GRC such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), ITIL certifications
- Understanding of audit procedures and compliance regulations related to IT
- Business acumen to understand how ITSM and GRC strategies align with and support business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or a related field
