Responsibilities:
- Support Teamcenter installation, deployments, maintenance, upgrades, etc.
- Resolve Teamcenter issues related to deployments, access, connectivity, integrations, and scheduling.
- Monitor application and servers for errors and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with support teams to ensure high availability of Teamcenter.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide proactive response to incidents.
- Provide weekend/on-call support for deployments and emergencies.
Profil recherché
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
- 7+ years of Teamcenter PLM experience.
- Strong English communication skills; German proficiency desirable.
- Expertise in Teamcenter installation, deployments, upgrades.
- Knowledge of Teamcenter architecture and components.
- Experience with Active Workspace deployments and configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues.
- Proficiency in BMIDE, ITK, Workflow, etc.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and ITSM processes.
