Job Description
Algoteque is seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst with high proficiency in SQL to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business success.
Location: Hybrid/Remote (Prague)
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives. Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
Solution Design: Collaborate with technology teams to design solutions that meet business needs. Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present findings, recommendations, and project updates.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
Project Management: Assist in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or deviations.
Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement. Recommend and assist in implementing process improvements.
Required qualifications
Advanced SQL Knowledge: High proficiency in SQL is essential.
Business Analysis: Strong experience in requirement analysis, solution design, and documentation.
Communication: Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
Project Management: Experience in project planning and management.
Problem-Solving: Ability to propose practical solutions and address business challenges.
