Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with other developers to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and industry standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and adherence to standards.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Ruby Developer, with extensive experience in Ruby on Rails.
- Strong proficiency in API development and integration.
- In-depth knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure.
- Expertise in microservices architecture and implementation.
- Solid understanding of database design, SQL, and performance optimization.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Good English skills suited for an international working environment.
