Job Description
We are looking for skilled PEGA Developer to join the project in one of the largest Nordic banks.
Location: On-site work required 1-2 days per week at one of the following Client offices: Gdansk, Gdynia, Warsaw, Lodz.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementing business and technical features using Pega.
- Writing and maintaining dedicated unit tests, supporting other test types.
- Analyzing and resolving application bugs across various environments.
- Developing and updating technical designs.
- Setting up and configuring development tools.
- Actively supporting and collaborating with team members and other project stakeholders.
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and providing guidance to less experienced colleagues.
Required qualifications
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proficient in Pega code creation and configuration based on functional and non-functional requirements.
- Experience in writing tests to meet business and technical requirements, including Definitions of Done and Ready.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, XP, and Kanban.
- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills with a professional level of English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with DevOps practices is an advantage.
