Job Description
We are looking for skilled Field Support Representatives to join our team in Austria. This role is crucial in providing comprehensive support across manufacturing sites in Vienna and Krems an der Donau. If you have a strong technical background with excellent problem-solving skills and can communicate fluently in both German and English, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Support: Collaborate with Network Services and Hosting teams; this role goes beyond standard deskside support.
IMAC and Break-Fix Support: Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and end-user support as required.
System Staging and Imaging: Stage, build, and image systems using the standard client image (eCore).
Special Projects: Complete special projects as requested by the customer.
Technical Training: Provide training to junior employees.
Data Collection: Perform data collection and preservation activities related to migrations and eDiscovery.
Manufacturing Support: Support for "Shop Floor" handhelds, laptops, and scanner devices.
Required qualifications
Languages: Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
Communication: Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Windows Operating Systems.
Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications.
Advanced knowledge of MacOS & iOS environments, including imaging and endpoint deployment.
Basic understanding of networks, telecom, and compute/storage.
A+, MCP, MCSE, or equivalent certification desired.
Experience with mobile device support.
Experience:
Team Lead: 5-6 years of relevant experience.
Mid-Senior: 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Junior: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 2 years of deskside support services experience.
