About the Position:
We are expanding our Information Security team and are looking for a skilled IAM Security Architect to support our ongoing project—implementing and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems in a banking environment. If you have a passion for IAM and a strong background in security, we invite you to become part of our team.
What You'll Do:
Design and Implement IAM Solutions: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM systems, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
System Management: Oversee the administration and upkeep of IAM platforms such as OneIdentity, CyberArk, and Microsoft Azure AD.
Security Compliance: Ensure that all IAM solutions comply with relevant security standards and regulations.
Documentation: Create and update detailed documentation for IAM processes and systems.
Required qualifications
Systems: OneIdentity, CyberArk, Microsoft Azure AD
Tools/Protocols: LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
Advanced Knowledge: Deep understanding of IAM systems (OneIdentity, CyberArk, etc.) and security protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, Kerberos)
General Knowledge: IT security standards like ISO 27001, NIST
Basic Knowledge: Fundamental principles of implementing IAM solutions in large organizations
Czech and English language
Preferred Certifications:
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
IAM-specific certifications
Personal Qualities:
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
Pragmatic Approach to Problem-Solving
Ability to Work Under Pressure in a Dynamic Environment
Nice to Have:
Knowledge of banking environments
