Job Description
Location: Hillerød or Copenhagen, Denmark (Relocation Required)
We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to contribute to the mission of enhancing global health. The specialist will join directly the project team of a leading pharmaceutical production company. Their focus is on developing and manufacturing top-quality medicines, utilizing the latest technologies and innovations.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for linking packaging machines with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). You will play a crucial role in ensuring that vendors produce machines according to client's specifications and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations. This role requires a deep understanding of both packaging machine functionality and MES systems, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with vendors to ensure successful integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure packaging machines meet the specifications and GMP regulations.
- Develop integration plans and oversee the linking of packaging machines with MES systems.
- Troubleshoot any integration issues and work closely with vendors to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of packaging machines into the manufacturing processes.
- Conduct thorough FAT and SAT of new machinery and systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Traveling domestically and internationally (5-10 weeks per year) for project needs.
Required qualifications
- Ability to understand and tackle/drive/resolve issues of various nature within the HW/SW/Network/documentation within Medical production.
- Familiarity with DAPS, Active directory, Cisco Switches, OPC UA, TCP/IP, Ports & Firewalls, SQL Databases, UPS supply, RFID card readers, POE and Ethernet cameras.
- Knowledge of PLC programming and MES systems, specifically PasX.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex technical projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to relocate to Hillerød or Copenhagen prior to starting the position.
- Flexibility to travel for project-related work as needed.
- Good English skills suited for an international working environment.
