Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong experience in React JS and backend development using Node JS. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of modern web technologies and frameworks, excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and effective leadership abilities with good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Project Collaboration: Work closely with leads and delivery teams to ensure overall project delivery.
Agile Participation: Engage in project planning and agile activities.
Full-Stack Development: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React JS for the frontend and Node JS for the backend.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and backend developers to translate user requirements into high-quality, scalable code.
User Interface Implementation: Implement and maintain efficient, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces.
Performance Optimization: Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing to identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
Technology Research: Continuously research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the development process and improve code quality.
API Development: Collaborate with the backend team to design and develop APIs to support frontend functionalities.
Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Industry Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in frontend and backend development.
Required qualifications
Proven experience as a Developer with strong expertise in React JS.
Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
Experience with backend development using Node JS.
Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc.
Proficiency in version control tools like Git.
Ability to provide their GitHub link with projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
