Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with experience of LLMs, Generative AI (GenAI), Azure ML, and Vector Databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and deploying advanced machine learning models, optimizing algorithms, and driving innovation in AI solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, a creative approach to problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Development and Deployment: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Azure ML and OpenAI frameworks.
- Generative AI Expertise: Building RAG application using LLM and Vector DB, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Vector Database Management: Work with vector databases to manage and query large-scale data efficiently.
- Integration and Optimization: Integrate ML models into existing systems and continuously optimize for performance and accuracy.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions that meet business needs.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience with Azure Machine Learning services and platforms.
- Proven track record with OpenAI models and frameworks, including fine-tuning and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and methodologies.
- Proficient in using Vector Databases for handling complex data structures and high-dimensional data.
- Programming Skills: Strong coding skills in Python, with experience in ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Experience in managing ML projects, from initial concept through to deployment and monitoring.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with NLP and text generation models.
- Knowledge of big data processing frameworks like Spark.
- Familiarity with cloud-native data and ML services.
