Job Description
We are immediately hiring 3 (three) Quality Assurance Supervisors to work on monitoring the installation of IT, Telecom and Security Systems for a sensitive site located in Saudi Arabia (Alula region).
The responsibilities are:
1) Monitor and maintain records for the installation of the systems: a) IT & Telecom Systems, b) Security Systems (access control, CCTV, Intercom, Gate Barriers), c) Audio Visual systems (Digital Signage, IPTV, Meeting room/Training System, Public address and background Music, and Guest management system)
2) Identify non-conforming work/materials, notify contractors, and track corrective actions.
3) Assist in reviewing contractor technical submittals and provide feedback to ICT&S Engineers.
4) Attend technical meetings to discuss shop drawings, submittals, and construction matters.
5) Prepare Material and Work Inspection Reports and attend inspections with the client.
6) Conduct final inspections for certification of project completion and handover.
7) Ensure compliance with contract documents through site visits and inspections.
8) Review contractor's method statements, submittals, and "As-Built" drawings for accuracy.
9) Monitor project progress and ensure all required approvals and permits are in place.
10) Review and approve contractor's operations and maintenance manuals.
Required qualifications
• Electrical Diploma or Bachelor in Electrical
• 5 years experience as QA/AC inspector
• Experience of Security, IT, Telecom systems installations
• IQAMA transferable in KSA
• Short time availability
• Avalaible to be relocated in Alula region
