Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Quality Management Consultant to collaborate closely with clients on all SAP Quality Management-related challenges. This role requires a deep expertise in SAP Quality Management, coupled with a strong logistics background.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior SAP Quality Management Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and supporting customers through various SAP QM implementations and rollouts.
- SAP QM experience, having participated in multiple implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Work within a program-led team to support deployments, focusing on driving change and enhancing local market capabilities.
- Engage with local market leadership to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Provide specific expertise in market templates, processes, and data models.
- Guide markets through deployment phases by offering expertise on program processes and best practices.
- Promote the standardization of processes and templates to achieve benefits across markets.
- Support the market's data transformation by sharing in-depth knowledge of future-state data models.
- Serve as the main point of contact between local teams and the central program, managing escalations and communications.
- Ensure successful end-to-end testing, timely data uploads, and preparation for system cutover.
- Help local markets understand and implement the standard template and verify their data readiness.
- Ensure market self-sufficiency post-cutover.
- Preferably, the consultant should have experience in the automotive or automotive supplier industries.
Required qualifications
Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years of extensive experience in SAP Quality Management.
- Involvement in several full-cycle implementations with SAP QM.
- Strong understanding of master data management in Quality Management.
- Expertise in assessing and translating customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to solve cross-functional issues and work independently with minimal supervision.
