Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - SAP to manage the successful delivery of SAP projects across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP systems and experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Manage end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and new module rollouts
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with organizational goals
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business analysts, SAP functional consultants, developers, and external partners
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively address issues to ensure successful project delivery
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project status and decision points
- Oversee quality assurance, testing, and change management processes to ensure smooth transitions to SAP solutions
- Ensure projects adhere to industry standards, SAP best practices, and organizational policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Project management experience and strong understanding of SAP modules
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, or rollouts
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Valid CZ work permit
