Job Description
Location: Krakow
Work mode: Hybrid, minimum 3 days in the office
Nature of work: PMO (Project Management Office) for the Cybersecurity team
Experience: Minimum 5 years
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Cybersecurity team in executing PMO (Project Management Office) activities
- Managing and organizing data in Microsoft SharePoint, as well as creating and maintaining internal data repositories
- Preparing comprehensive reports for regulators and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with requirements and eliminating errors
- Creating and updating data visualizations and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Monitoring project progress and reporting its status to the relevant individuals and teams
- Maintaining communication and collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring clarity and timeliness of the information provided
- Identifying and implementing best practices in data management and reporting
- Supporting the team in solving data-related problems and challenges and optimizing data management processes
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of data management and data visualization
- Ability to manage data in Microsoft SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in preparing reports for regulators and stakeholders; error-free reporting
- Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and good knowledge of PowerPoint
