Join the team that develops the Service Analytics product, designed for data analysis in customer service, maintenance, and repair services for commercial customers and laboratories. The goal of the product is to leverage data analysis and machine learning to predict the performance of laboratory devices, helping to minimize downtime and service costs.
Job Description
Service Analytics encompasses three key areas:
- Digital Product Lifecycle: Support for the maintenance and development of digital products
- Experimentation and Data Insights: Prototyping, identifying data-driven value, seamless transition to product, applying advanced AI/ML methods
- Data Support: Designing and implementing data-driven products
Required qualifications
- Several years of experience with Snowflake
- Several years of experience with DBT
- Knowledge of data-focused programming languages, such as Python or R
- Experience in maintaining data pipelines
- Experience with various types of data storage (file systems, relational, MPP, NoSQL) and working with different data types (structured, unstructured, metrics, logs, etc.)
- Understanding of data architecture concepts (in areas such as data modeling, metadata management, workflow management, ETL/ELT, real-time streaming, data quality, distributed systems)
- Proficiency in SQL
- Agile approach
- English language proficiency at C1 level
