Job Description
In this position, we are seeking for a hands-on Consultant Software QA leader with experience in development, QA, and release management. You will lead QA for our products, ensuring high software quality through automated testing and coordinated releases. This role involves close collaboration with development teams and managing a distributed QA team, ensuring seamless software and hardware integration.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Test Automation & HIL Setup: lead the implementation of automated end-to-end testing for increased efficiency. Oversee the setup and operation of hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test benches.
Software Release Coordination: Oversee the full release cycle of software updates, ensuring alignment across various subsystems ( HMI and Automation Software). Maintain a synchronized release calendar.
QA Leadership & Agile Implementation:
Manage QA processes with a focus on Agile practices, maintaining optimized CI/CD pipelines. Ensure the proper use of Azure DevOps for tracking issues and managing test cases.
Build Pipeline & Environment Stability: Collaborate with DevOps to maintain reliable and scalable development environments. Ensure automated build and test processes run efficiently, resolving any pipeline issues as they arise.
Team Leadership & Cross-Region Collaboration: Guide and mentor a geographically diverse QA team, fostering collaboration between teams.

Required qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in QA, DevOps, or Agile are a plus.
Experience :
10+ years in Software QA, including 3-5 years in leadership.
Proven track record in automated end-to-end testing and managing hardware-in-the-loop testing.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI pipelines, and Agile processes.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in QA methodologies
Experience in API/backend automation testing.
Skilled in hardware-software integration and performance testing.
