Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team and guide our organization in adopting and optimizing Agile methodologies. This role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams, and enhancing overall productivity. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile principles and a proven track record in coaching teams through the Agile transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Coaching & Mentoring: Guide teams in Agile practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean methodologies. Provide one-on-one and team coaching to enhance Agile maturity.
Facilitation: Lead workshops, training sessions, and Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) to foster collaboration and communication.
Assessment & Improvement: Conduct assessments of team performance and Agile maturity, providing actionable feedback and strategies for continuous improvement.
Cultural Transformation: Advocate for Agile values and principles across the organization, helping to cultivate a mindset of innovation and adaptability.
Collaboration with Leadership: Partner with product owners, scrum masters, and management to align Agile practices with business objectives and drive organizational change.
Metrics & Reporting: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of Agile practices and identify areas for growth.
Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain documentation, guides, and resources to support Agile practices across teams.
Required qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP, SAFe) preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience in Agile coaching or related roles, ideally within a startup or R&D environment.
Expertise: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and experience in implementing Agile methodologies in diverse teams.
Skills: Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify challenges and drive solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a startup atmosphere, embracing change and uncertainty with a positive attitude.
