Job Description
- Ensure that the systems currently catering to the Dutch market are also adaptable to the unique requirements of the Belgian market.
- Engage with cutting-edge technologies, including serverless architectures and cloud-based solutions, to explore and implement innovative solutions.
- Regularly develop and deploy new code to production within an Agile environment.
- Embrace the philosophy of "You build it, you run it," taking full accountability as a team for delivering high-quality software and its maintenance.
- Focus on enhancing our services to make them more resilient, scalable, and dependable.
- Collaborate with your colleagues to shape the software architecture of our services.
- Foster knowledge sharing within our backend development team to ensure continuous evolution of our platform.
Required qualifications
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Kotlin and Spring Boot.
- Proficient in navigating AWS cloud environments, including SNS, SQS, and API Gateway.
- A strong commitment to security practices in software development.
- Experience in designing and deploying RESTful services and APIs.
- Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and design principles.
- Comfortable working with modern, automated CI/CD practices and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating systems that are highly secure and/or highly available.
- Familiarity with Akamai.
- Possession of AWS certifications.
