Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Administrative Assistant to support our executive leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the VISA application process for employees and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Support employee onboarding, including the preparation of necessary documentation and coordination of orientation sessions.
Facilitate payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee timesheets and related data.
Manage invoicing processes, including the preparation and submission of invoices to clients.
Maintain accurate records and files related to administrative processes.
Provide general administrative support to the executive leadership team as needed.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR or finance capacity.
Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR and payroll software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
