Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Electrical Design Engineer to play an important role in various projects. The successful candidate will need to perform following tasks:
• Design Development: Prepare and carry out design and detail studies, evaluating and specifying standards for the specific case.
• System Analysis: Perform load calculations, power system analysis, and short-circuit studies to assess system performance and reliability.
• Project Management: Organising and planning of your studies in terms of priorities and deliverables.
• Quality Control: Prepare detailed design documentation, including specifications, schematics, and technical reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communication: Ensuring contact with the operator, suppliers and installation companies.
• Field Support: Provide on-site support during installation and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring proper execution of designs.
Required qualifications
• Master in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software (AutoCAD, Caneco, …) and Microsoft Office applications.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and/or French. Knowledge of the other language is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Quality-oriented, you also demonstrate rigour and precision in your work.
