Job Description
What do we do ? Our goal is to deliver smooth, end-to-end travel payments experiences, by helping our customers and travelers to benefit from new advances in payments, more quickly across the entire journey. Our current portfolio includes a global payments gateway and virtual card-based pay-out solutions. To enhance our offer and better serve our customers, we are evolving the proposition for our business with fresh investments in specialist talent and new partnerships, an open API platform and an aim to deliver new regulated payment services
With the public cloud migration and the ambition to develop a payment open platform, we are moving towards native cloud architecture and technology based on micro services approach :
o Private and public cloud with OpenShift, Quarkus, Kubernetes and Docker
o Mixed Event Driven and Service Oriented Architecture
o Kafka streaming technology
o Open API with REST JSON over HTTPS
o Full CI/CD stack (based on Jenkins, Helm, etc.) to ensure seamless code deployment and validation from developer machine to actual end to end platforms.
As a Quality Engineer, you will join a SAFe Agile Release Train.
Implement Testing Strategy
• Implement the Test strategy with QA mindset expertise (Test in Black and White box, Shift left approach, Mocking)
• Define test cases from customer's requirements and ensure traceability with Product Specifications
• Write test plan (functional and/or non-functional and/or non-regression). Create complementary documentation, if need so
• Ensure improvement of non-regression test repository in the Change Request plan
Design and Perform Tests
• Prepare test environment and test data
• Define clear, well-described acceptance criteria
• Design test cases and develop automated test case scripts, by following company standards
• Execute test cases
• Give go/no-go for the customer's test campaign
• Be responsible for the project, product or release quality control
Coordinate Defects (Problem Tracking Records)
• Document software defects
• Provide information to developers in order to fix defects in an effective way
• Check defects and coordinate implementation
Share your activities
• Participate in documentation (Product/Technical Specifications, etc.) reviews to give input on testing requirements
• Report and communicate on test activities to the line organization, software developers and product definitions analysts.

Required qualifications
We are looking for :
• Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in software functional testing (both manual and automated), based on ISTQB principles
o Experience in Back end and API testing
• Experience in testing tools such as RobotFramework. Postman is a plus
o Knowledge of coding languages and building testing libraries (Python/others)
• Soft skills: Team spirit, Multicultural approach, good communication skills
• Experience in a SCRUM Agile environment. SAFe is a plus
o Knowledge about the implementation of QA regression in a CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
o Testing automation
• English is mandatory
• Experience in the Payment industry is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a QA automation
• ISTQB Foundations certification is a plus
