Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Custom Development: Design and implement custom solutions, including extensions, workflows, and integrations.
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Customization & Configuration: Customize Dynamics 365 applications, including entities, forms, and process automation.
- Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations with other systems using APIs and middleware.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance system performance for scalability and reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for solutions and processes.
- Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and updates for deployed solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality coding standards.
- Innovation & Continuous Learning: Stay informed on the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies, and apply new knowledge to recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
Required qualifications
- Experience in Dynamics 365 development (including customizations, configurations, and integration).
- Proficiency in developing custom solutions using Dynamics 365 tools (e.g., extensions, plugins, workflows).
- Strong knowledge of APIs, web services, and middleware for integrating Dynamics 365 with other platforms.
- Experience with requirements gathering, technical specifications design, and solution development.
- Performance optimization expertise, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
