Job Description
Are you an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with a passion for optimizing cloud infrastructure and ensuring secure and efficient platform management? We are seeking a talented individual to take charge of the design, management, and continuous improvement of our data warehouse platform built within the Microsoft Azure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Resource Management & Optimization: Oversee and optimize Azure resources, ensuring performance and cost-efficiency.
Platform Security & Access Control: Manage security protocols, access control, and maintain compliance standards.
Data Protection & Compliance: Ensure data is protected and compliant with regulations.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and security.
Terraform Management: Maintain and improve existing infrastructure-as-code (IaC) configurations using Terraform.
Required qualifications
Proven experience as an Azure Cloud Engineer or in a similar role.
Proficient in resource logging, monitoring, and cost management within the Azure platform.
Expertise in scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Azure CLI).
Familiar with Active Directory, RBAC, PIM, and identity management solutions.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Sonar, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with Databricks and data management practices is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Azure Certifications: Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Experience with Python scripting.
Knowledge of data-warehousing principles.
