Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the successful execution of projects by providing administrative and coordination assistance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of project proposals, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
Track project progress and milestones, and provide regular updates.
Arrange logistics for project-related travel, accommodations, and events.
Monitor and track project expenses against budgets.
Coordinate procurement of materials and services as needed.
Assist in maintaining project inventory and asset management.
Assist in ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Support in conducting quality checks and reviews as directed.
Prepare and distribute project reports, presentations, and status updates.
Compile data and information for project evaluations and assessments.
Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date project files and databases.
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Project Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
