Job Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager for the Polish Market who thrives on action—identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term business partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong sales skills, ready to initiate contact, engage potential clients, and build a robust pipeline in the IT outsourcing and contracting space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Actively search for potential clients through online research, LinkedIn, industry databases, and other lead generation tools.
- Direct Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone, messaging, and other communication channels to introduce our IT outsourcing and contracting services.
- Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, ensuring consistent follow-up to keep prospects engaged.
- Client Prospecting: Identify and connect with key decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, IT Managers, Procurement) to pitch our services and schedule meetings.
- Follow-Up: Track all interactions with prospects, ensuring timely follow-ups and a focus on converting leads into meetings and deals.
- Sales Focus: Drive toward meeting and exceeding lead generation and revenue goals, constantly pushing to increase the volume of new business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery teams to align proposals and service offerings with client needs.

Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience in IT outsourcing or Recruitment Agency.
- Proactive Approach: A go-getter attitude with a focus on action and results, comfortable initiating conversations with potential clients on a daily basis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently present our services to prospects.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with using CRM systems to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and document interactions with potential clients.
- Goal-Oriented: Strong ability to work independently, meet targets, and generate consistent leads and sales opportunities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Languages: Fluency in Polish.
