One of our client, a major Business Travel Company based in the UK and working with clients around the World, is looking for his future Account Manager to represent the company in the Netherlands as well as in Belgium.
Job Description
Among a team of 6 people, your mains missions will be the following ones:
Ensuring customer needs are anticipated and addressed, and issues escalated and resolved,
Collaborating with our Operations Team and the Global Travel Hub to ensure service delivery in line with contractual obligations,
Ensuring up-to-date account plans are in place to:
*Capture issues and opportunities by customer,
*Implement appropriate action plans in a timely and decisive manner,
*Lead periodic strategic account reviews,
*Drive contract performance while mitigating risk,
*Evaluate, identify and record new business opportunities by account in Salesforce,
*Monitor internal & external key performance indicators,
*Develop and manage clients' optimization plans where relevant.
Delivering budgeted revenue in line with or ahead of target profitability,
Collaborating with members of the Global Commercial team and other departments, adopting best practices as appropriate in all areas of account management,
Driving stringent contract management and ensuring concrete plans are in place for any service agreements out of contract,
looking for new clients in order to increase the market share of the company.

Required qualifications
You have a minimum 2 years of working experience as a sales acquired in the Travel sector.
You have commercial acumen with demonstrated extensive experience in account management and sales in complex customer environments.
You have proved your ability to manage multiple projects whilst maintaining high attention to detail as well as your tenacity and resilience when you are dealing with difficult and challenging issues.
You are fluent in Dutch and English.
You are very dynamic, autonomous and full of energy for a new challenge.
You are at ease with using online tools such as Sales Force and with working remotely.
