ARENGY is a specialized IT-Digital and Engineering Consultancy firm based in the UAE. We partner with leading industrial players to deliver high-value projects worldwide. We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant.
Job Description
Administrative Tasks:
- Provide executive assistance to the Legal, Contracts, and Compliance Department.
- Organize logistics for department events (trainings, seminars, travel arrangements).
- Coordinate department communications and manage email correspondence.
- Schedule and follow up on meetings, including agendas and action plans.
Paralegal Tasks:
- Review and compare non-complex legal documents; perform quick translations when necessary.
- Conduct legal research and prepare analyses on topics like procurement, data protection, and corporate laws in the Middle East.
- Manage relationships with external law firms, including invoicing and registration processes.
Archiving & Documentation:
- Maintain organized records of contracts, NDAs, and departmental tools.
- Manage the department's digital library and intranet page.
- Ensure efficient documentation storage and retrieval processes.
Required qualifications
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a corporate or legal environment.
Executive assistance experience is essential.
Certification or education in law or paralegal studies.
Proficiency in English
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
