Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Digital team and play a key role in implementing a new Governance and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) strategy. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment where you will directly contribute to optimizing business processes and ensuring compliance within a divisional data analytics ecosystem.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, and document business requirements. You will also support the design and execution of governance frameworks while driving strategic business decisions through thorough research and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Develop and maintain process maps, use cases, and user stories.
- Support the design and implementation of the Governance and SDLC strategy.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain high-quality documentation for stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings, provide progress updates, and propose solutions to challenges.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SDLC and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in multinational environments and agile project methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience in regulated industries or process improvement certifications
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
