Job Description
• Collaborate in the creation of project specifications, leveraging your technical expertise.
• Assume technical ownership of projects, reporting directly to the project manager.
• Review and enhance hardware specifications and designs to ensure optimal performance.
• Engage in early-stage project brainstorming, contributing your insights to shape innovative solutions.
• Lead R&D initiatives to drive exploration of cutting-edge technologies and research projects.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation in our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities.
• Execute AIT activities on flight hardware, including EMC qualification campaigns, vibration tests, and thermal vacuum tests.
Required qualifications
• Hold a Master's Degree in Electronic/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.
• Possess over 3 years of hands-on experience in hardware design and/or AIT activities.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for technology and a keen interest in the aerospace industry.
• Exhibit strong communication and influencing skills, fostering collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
• Champion innovative ideas, nurturing an environment where curiosity thrives.
• Previous experience in AIT activities on flight hardware is a strong asset
• Familiarity with electronic laboratory environments is a strong asset
• Enthusiastic about technology and adept at communicating complex concepts.
• A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
• Fluent in English
