For one of our clients active in the automotive industry, and located in Flanders we are seeking a highly skilled Senior CAD Design Engineer to join a dynamic team. As CAD Design Engineer you will be part of the fast growing EV development team that is responsible for the development of electric propulsion systems & powertrains. He/she will play a critical role in the design of these products.

📚Your skills and qualifications:
Hard Skills
Very experienced CAD engineer capable for 3D & 2D CAD drawing
Experienced in working on aluminum die cast
Strong experience in CAD tool CREO 10, PLM system Windchill
Total professional experience of about 15yrs (Minimun 10 years of experience required)
knowledge in CAD skeleton setup/creation/modification for part assemblies (CLH, TMH, HCU, oil pan, etc.)
Experienced in Die cast and machined parts and assembly parts specific design requirements, and adding up to each other
Able to derive 2D from 3D and maintain/follow-up on revisions and changes
Experienced in GD&T
Capable working remotely in good team interaction (onsite presence preferred but possibility of remote working)
Excellent knowledge of CREO10, Windchill, JIRA, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams)
Soft Skills
Good teamwork, able to cope with priorities and changes
Able to work within project timing/schedule needs
Ponctuality with strong priority management: able to deliver according to time planning
Good & clear communication & reporting skills
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and writing)
