Job Description
In this role, you will BE involved in :
Client Growth :
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients while actively seeking new business opportunities. Understand client recruitment needs and offer strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
Candidate Engagement :
Attract top talent using effective engagement strategies. Guide candidates throughout the interview and offer process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Skilful Negotiation :
Create win-win situations for both clients and candidates by negotiating terms and fees, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
Leadership Partner Expertise :
Become an industry expert through networking and staying ahead of market trends.

The position is fully remote during the project launch phase, with offices available in London once the project is established. I am looking for someone based in London, with at least 5 years of experience in recruitment for temporary and permanent roles across support functions (accounting, finance, HR, IT, sales/marketing, etc.) within the London market.
