Senior Full Stack Developer
Location: Poland/European Union | Full-time Position | Remote

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of our web applications and backend systems. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies and handle complex architectural challenges in a high-traffic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full-stack applications using Angular, Node.js, Nest.js, and Express.js
- Build and maintain scalable microservices architecture
- Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases for high-performance applications
- Develop secure and well-documented RESTful APIs
- Monitor and optimize application performance in high-traffic situations
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions
- Document technical processes and architectural designs
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of full-stack development experience
- Strong expertise in Angular, Node.js, Nest.js, and Express.js
- Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL and database optimization
- Proven experience with microservices architecture
- Experience building and maintaining high-traffic applications
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent English required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or OVH
- Knowledge of API security (OAuth, JWT)
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch or OpenSearch
- Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka
- Docker and Kubernetes expertise
- Background in mentoring and team leadership
