Job Description
We are seeking an Admin/Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and support our growth. The ideal candidate has experience handling admin and finance operations in autonomy for small- to medium-sized Service Companies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage purchase and supplier performance.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of operational budgets.
Required qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional qualification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in admin-finance for small-medium size companies.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Books or any similar accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance regulations.
